Who we are
Garden State IT was built on a simple idea: small businesses deserve responsive, plain-English IT support from someone who knows their setup and actually gets back to them. Not a ticket number in a queue at a national provider, and not a friend-of-a-friend who is unreachable the week you need them.
We are based in Bergen County and work with businesses throughout New Jersey — practices, firms, contractors, shops and offices that depend on their technology every working day but have no reason to employ anyone to look after it.

My passion for technology began by helping friends and family solve computer and technology issues. That interest grew into a career, leading me to complete two years of professional IT training and build a strong foundation in technical support and network systems. Since 2014 I have gained more than ten years of hands-on experience providing reliable IT solutions for both individuals and businesses.
As the founder of Garden State IT, I am committed to delivering dependable, customer-focused technology services that help clients stay productive, secure and connected. When you call, you reach me — the person who answers the phone is the person who does the work and who is accountable for it.
How we work
- Plain English. You get explanations you can act on, not a wall of acronyms. If we cannot explain why something is worth spending money on, it probably is not.
- Proactive, not break-fix. The goal is fewer incidents, not more billable emergencies.

Where we work
We are based in Bergen County and work throughout New Jersey. Towns we cover most often include Hackensack, Paramus, Fort Lee, Englewood, Teaneck, Ridgewood, Fair Lawn, Garfield, Rutherford, Mahwah, Bergenfield, Lodi and the surrounding areas — and we travel across the Garden State for on-site work. Remote support reaches anywhere; being local is what makes same-day on-site realistic.
